We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and have 1+ years of experience managing warehouse teams and full warehouse operations. This role also ensures compliance with documentation requirements, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance coordination
- Coordinate all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and organization.
- Oversee and conduct inventory cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Coordinate material flow with operations, purchasing, and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with vendor documentation requirements, including tracking and maintaining current Certificates of Insurance (COIs) as required.
- Communicate effectively with bilingual team members and executive team.
- Identify operational efficiencies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Proven experience managing inventory, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
